Gluten free meals are becoming easier to find every day. There are more options than I dreamed of before I begn this project. I am revising this guide in order to present those options in a simpler way. Eventually, there will be an article about every state in the union. In the meantime, if the name of your state is underlined, click on the state name to go directly to an article describing gluten free restaurants, bakeries, sources of pizza, and shopping opportunities. If your state is not mentioned, my apologies. I'll get to you as soon as I can.
