DaLucianos serves great celiac friend pasta and pizza as well as a host of other items compatible with our diet. I understand from a blog that the place is small enough that a reservation is always a great idea and the establishment wants “to be ready for you”. Click here for the location

You will need to scroll almost completely down the menu page to read about this delicacy. Links to locations are also on the home page; I can’t give you an exact web address because you need to enter the section of the city that you are searching. Chicago is a big city.

The Wildfire Restaurants present six opportunities for dining in Chicago and a few more elsewhere. Click here to see their gluten free menu posted on line.

For great Italian food, I suggest the Vinci Restaurant.
