LISTS PUBLISHED BY SUPERMARKET CHAINS
Many supermarkets simplify your gluten free shopping task by providing lists of products that are OK on the gluten free diet. I have published articles on these supermarket chains:
Trader Joe’s is my favorite place to shop — reasonable prices, great quality food, and a large inventory of gluten free products all carefully listed. They use the term “no gluten ingredients used” rather than “gluten free’
Kroger Foods operates under at least a dozen different store names making its gluten free information rather difficult to wade through. But, it is worth the effort. The gluten free list is excellent and the chances are there is at least one store in the area that carries these products. That store probably doesn’t use the name “Kroger”. My article explains how all this works.
