I am trying to make our restaurant gluten friendly, which seemed alot easier when I first began this. I now realize just how much has to go into this transition. I was wondering if anyone knows of any education programs available in Atlanta for someone in my situation.

Hi Fellow Celiacs!

There is an awesome new bakery in Fort Collins, CO, called, "Nunna the Gluten Bakery." We have had the french bread, pizza crusts, hummingbird muffins, angel food cake, sandwich bread...we even had special GF twinkies made and they were amazing. If you miss eating bread and yummy baked goods, Nunna has just saved you from GF woes! We love it!

They are at Farmer's Markets in Northern Colorado. Their products are certified GF. Check out their website or give them a call. They deliver!

I published a cookbook that has many Italian recipes that are gluten free. My son was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at 29 and found he couldn't eat many of our Italian dishes. It has flour mixtures for pizza, cookies, pasta and many others. It can be purchased through my website or through Amazon.com
