Questions about “100% Gluten Free Restaurants”

Many eating places describe themselves as “totally gluten free”. Are they still operating? If not, there sites have probably have been deleted but you may find their name and web-address address in a list of similar locations

Are they what you are looking for? They might call themselves “restaurants” but you might think  to them them “pizza places”, “coffee shops”, or “lunch stops” etcetera.

Do they meet your requirements? Remember that “gluten free” and “zero gluten” Assuming that the establishments are labeling their products correctly, you may still be consuming some gluten, less than 20 ppm,  but still significant to some people.
