Gluten Free Goes to College: Calories Count

Living gluten free is highest for anyone with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, but it is not their only dietary concern. Calories count!!!!!!, particularly for people of college age. 

One of a college student’s first challenges is the so-called “Freshman  15”, the weight gain that many youngsters face when they enter college. Most experts feel that the number is bit high, but freshman weight gain is a reality. However, the freshman’s first priority is to live gluten free . Weight control is secondary. But there are other goals.
