Gluten free rye bread does not really exist, since rye is a gluten-toxic grain. But these bloggers have published recipes that will us forget that fact.

Trader Joe’s boasts about a GF rye bread, but it is sold on the east coast and not available to me (AZ). I’ll try to get the ingredient list and pass that info along should anyone like to know. NOTE: I’ll be interested in seeing this. Rye is gluten toxic but I hope that Trader Joe’s has come up with a solution to this problem.
