My husband is gluten intolerant. He loves BBQ sauce on chicken and pork chops. We purchased some Sweet Baby Ray’s and it had “modified food starch” in its list of ingredients. So he called the toll free number and spoke with a very helpful, knowledgeable young woman who informed him that she receives many such calls from gluten intolerant customers. Their “modified food starch” is corn starch which my husband tolerates very well.

I love their BBQ sauce! It’s so good for getting that original down home flavor. Lately though, I’ve been grilling with more pan-asian flavors after discovering Tastybite’s gluten free simmer sauces. They’re absolutely delicious and add a unique flavor to any bbq. I definitely recommend their sauces and the rest of their product line, which I often use as side dishes too. Bon appetit!
