Thia week I discovered two sources of  gluten free coffee creamer, added The Fish City Grill to my list of “Restaurants Serving Gluten Free Meals“and listed celiac-friendly bakeries in Utah and Oregon.

♦ Coffee Mate is gluten free according to an e-mail I received from the manufacturer. International Delights informed me by e-mail that their coffee creamers are also appropriate for us. ♦ The Fish City Grill operates restaurants in Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Oklahoma, and Texas. I added details to my list of “Restaurants Serving Gluten Free Meals“.
