My resolution is to transform this gluten free website into a more efficient tool for Extracting information from the internet, Evaluating that information, and Expressing it in a useful and practical way.
It’s not an easy task. If you enter the words “gluten free” in the google search enginge, you will be offered over seven million choices, a million more than were available the last time I wrote on this subject. Celiacs, like all Americans, are suffering from T.M.I — too much information. Hopefully, the three tools I recently added to the sidebar of this website will help. All three work by generating lists of articles that may answer your question. Each entry contains the first few sebtences of one of my articles and providing a link so that you can finish the article if you want to.
The first of the three tools allows you to search by category. I have divided all the articles in the site into nine major categories. Click on the category that interests you most and or is more likely to answer your current question.
I think that’s enough for today, particularly since I am publishing it on New Year’s Day. You probably have other things on your mind. I’ll write about the second tool “key words” tomorrow and will conclude this series on Mondy with my article on searching with tags. Finally, I will add information to the sidebar so remind you what is available.

Hey there,
I am looking for forums to let people know about an upcoming class (this Friday) that the health shoppe is offering on how to transition your family to a gluten free diet. Your blog here looks like a great resource for gluten freers and I am glad it exists!
Here is the info on it if you want to post it, or if you could let me know where I should post it that would be great! Thanks! tammy@thehealthshoppes.com
