A family living gluten free would love to assembly a celiac friendly gingerbread house this Christmas. And this is a possibility, if you are lucky enough to live in Cranston, Rhode Island. Obviously, the slabs of gingerbread that make up the kit can’t survive being shipped. Here is the link to the A and J Bakery for the benefit of those of you who are lucky enough to live in Rhode Island. I’m hoping to find and report on more gems like this. I’ll need help from people like you. E-mail me at gfceliac@gmail.com or leave a comment at the end of this or any article.

Iam lucky enough to live in R,I.. where we have a great celiac support group who keeps us up to date on everything gluten free.It was great to see AJ bakery on your sight. They have the best biscotti I.ve had. Many flavors to choose from, but the cappucino is the best. Maybe they can ship those to you, big and satisfying. Thanks for a great web sight.Keep up the good work. Patricia.
