People appreciate gift certificates for the holidays, and many of them are suitable for people living gluten free. Here are some possibilities:
♦ The Gluten Free Mall, the huge on-line mega grocery store, has all the foods that any celiac could desire, and sells gift certificates in $25, $50, and $100 denominations.
♦ The Gluten Free Pantry has an incredible variety of celiac friendly food on-line and offers a $25 gift certificate. There are some restriction on how the card can be used, so be sure to read the fine print before committing yourself.
♦ Amazon.com provides America’s most versatile gift certificate. It can be used for everything from gluten free pasta to gigantic high definition television sets. The certificates are available in almost any denomination.
♦ I’ve hinted to both my sons that I would love a gift certificate to The Outback Steakhouse. I love the gluten free and appreciate the fact that I can enjoy that food almost anywhere in the nation. I’m also vain enough to love the fact that I can get a gift card with pictures of my grandchildren embossed on it. What more could grandpa want?

I’d love to be listed under “New Hampshire” listings on your site. I’ve very recently opened an all-gluten-free Market in Hillsborough, New Hampshire. We have over 300 different items on the shelves and in our freezer! Our prices are the same or CHEAPER than what is available on-line. We’re just getting going, but already have had a terrific response. Thank you very much! Regards, Paula Bishop, owner, White Birch Gluten-Free Market, 35 West Main Street, Hillsborough, NH. 03440
