		<description>Another source of gluten free &quot;flours&quot; are ethnic stores where rice, garbanzo bean, tapioca, corn flours and others are much less expensive then places like Whole Food etc.  For those who are not completely organic yet - it can be an acceptable source. NOTE: A great suggestion, but remember that most ethnic stores are Americanized to someextent. Be vigilent.</description>
