This short video clip explains the baking pan much more clearly than I can. Obviously, it is a television commercial, but I know from personal experience that it delivers on its promises. It’s especially useful when using gluten free materials since it is seldom easy to cut them neatly. One thing not mentioned in the video clip is that you can make a small sheet cake simply by not using the dividers.
