When I make ‘pumpkin pie’ for my daughter, I just bake it in individual ramekins (lined muffin tins) and don’t worry about the crust. No complaints yet about not having crust!
I really like the ingredients that are used for the second recipe. I didn’t know that chia seeds could be used to help baked good stick together. I have always used ground flax seeds in this way. Thanks for the demonstrations.
