I’ve recently become quite a fan of these gluten free baked rice crackers. The taste is fresh and cris; flavorful but not overwhelming. They are certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization, a project of the Gluten Intolerance Group. The fact that there six separately sealed packets inside the larger box helps keep them even fresher. They are available at Costco and Sam’s Clubs so they are not difficult to find.
