Here is new information that members of America’s gluten free community have shared with us during the last two week. (I have not written an update article since August 29 since I have been so involved in introducing the new “look” for the site.) In the interest of keeping all relevant information in the same place, I’ll mention the items briefly and then link you to an article listing all the gluten free dining and shopping opportunities in a specific state.

• The Truly Free Bakery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is a safe haven for people with food sensitivities. All items are gluten free, dairy free, casein free, and egg free.
• Simply Fondue in Mays Landing, New Jersey, has been recommended for its gluten free offerings.
• I added additional information about Juliano’s restaurant in Derry, New Hampshire.
• My listing for California now includes a restaurant across the street from Universal Studios.
• I added two pizza restaurants to the my article on “Gluten Free Colorado“
