PRODUCT: Gingerbread spice cookies

COST: $4.56 from The Gluten Free Mall

PREPARATION: Ready-to-eat. Warming in the microwave is recommended.

GLUTEN FREE STATUS: Certified gluten free. Prepared in a dedicated gluten free facility. These cookies are also milk, corn, egg, nut, and soy free.

TASTE: I enjoyed them. I’m glad there are so many great-tasting gluten free cookies available. I like variety.

TEXTURE: Excellemt. Particularly when warmed slightly.

OK FOR WHEAT EATERS? Probably.
