The Buckhead Pizza Company in Atlanta is offering gluten free pizza and beer in three locations. Click on my link to the Georgia article for details.

The Himalayas Restaurant in Boulder, Colorado, offers a buffet consisting of thirteen gluten free items plus two others. Buffets are a problem for celiacs, of course, but this restaurant may be of interest.
