I have received dozens (perhaps hundreds) of e-mails like this:
“HELPPPP I have been celiac for a couple years now and almost immediately I started to gain weight….. I have 10 extra pounds on top of about 30 that I had anyway to lose. I am so frustrated.“
As far as I know, there is no specific step-by-step program for celiacs who are endeavoring to lose weight. The basic principles are the same for celiacs and non-celiacs, but it would certainly be helpful for many of us (including myself) to have step-by-step directions.
