Hazelnut Wafers by Dr. Schar…a Gluten Free Product Review
I’m a great fan of Dr. Schar’s gluten free products, and these hazelnut wafers are a particular favorite. I’ll ahare my thoughts about these cookies and then give you the opportunity to do the same.

PAUL’S COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS. There are thousands of similar products, but this is one of my favorites.
People living gluten free have a world of choices — the gluten free world has changed dramatically since I was diagnosed ten years ago. When I try to write reviews on these products, my problem is that I have no accurate memory of what wheat-based food tastes like. I have fantasies, of course, but very little that I can present to you as a fact. That’s why I am experiementing with this interactive format.
The last three items (the ones with the lightbulb emoticon) are opinions, and America’s gluten free community needs to read your ideas. E-mail me at gfceliac@gmail.com or leave a comment in the white box at the end of the article. (For technical reasons, the opinion option is not always available.)
