I learned a lot about gluten free opportunities in Washington while attending the Gluten Intolerance Group’s annual conference in Seattle. The 35th annual Gluten Intolerance Group conference in Seattle on June 5 and 6 was a wonderful and useful experience for me. Most of what I write in the next few weeks will relate to that event.
