Washington Gluten Free

I learned a lot about gluten free opportunities in Washington while attending the Gluten Intolerance Group’s annual conference in Seattle. For the sake of keeping all the information about the state in the same place, I have included all the details in my article on Washington. Ceck out that article to find information about a chain of nine celiac-savvy healthfood markets in the Seattle area, celiac-friendly stores in Tacoma and Tumwater, a service that sends chef-prepared gluten meals to your home, and a gluten free bakery in Kent whose cookies are "to die for". Of course, there is lots of other useful information about Washington in that article.

The 35th annual Gluten Intolerance Group conference in Seattle on June 5 and 6 was a wonderful and useful experience for me. Most of what I write in the next few weeks will relate to that event. I would love to publish other people’s ideas about "Learning to Celebrate Life", the theme of the conference and the goal of everyone living the gluten free lifestyle. Please leave your comment at the end of this or anby article or e-mail me at gfceliac@gmail.com.
