In November, 2007, I "dreamed" about a national chain of gluten free pizza restaurants. That blog entry was definately a dream not a prediction. But that dream has come true! There are now six chains providing gluten free pizza nationwide, including one chain that has an outlet a five minute walk from my home. Gluten free living gets easier every day. Picazzos (in Arizona and Oregon)
* "Still Riding Pizza" is a firm that sells gluten free crusts to gluten free restaurants, thus enabling them to provide celiac friendly pizza.
