My Gluten Free Pizza Dream Realized

Comments Off 05 June 2009

In November, 2007, I "dreamed" about a national chain of gluten free pizza restaurants. That blog entry was definately a dream not a prediction. But that dream has come true! There are now six chains providing gluten free pizza nationwide, including one chain that has an outlet a five minute walk from my home. Gluten free living gets easier every day. I will list those chains in alphabetical order. For more details, consult my list "Restaurants Serving Gluten Free Meals" and/or follow the links given below:

Garlic Jim’s

Godfather’s Pizza

Picazzos (in Arizona and Oregon)

Pizza Fusion

Still Riding Pizza *

Uno Chicago Grill

* "Still Riding Pizza" is a firm that sells gluten free crusts to gluten free restaurants, thus enabling them to provide celiac friendly pizza.
