Yesterday, my wife and I enjoyed a delicious Mothers’ Day dinner at Gustav’s in Portland, Oregon. I ordered from a printed gluten free menu which included appetizers, salads, soups, and desserts as well as the marvelous German food that Gustav’s features. Our waitress was well informed about the gluten free diet and double checked everything with the chef before serving us. Gustav’s has three locations in or near Portland as well as one restaurant across the river in Vancouver, Washington.

I have included this information in my article "Gluten Free Oregon" so that it will be available to everyone.
