Finding Gluten Free Restaurant Meals

Comments Off 25 March 2009

Finding a gluten free restaurant meal is arguably the most difficult challenges facing a person who lives gluten free. Because there are hundreds  restaurants that must be considered I  can’t make this easy, but I am convinced that it is easier using Gluten  Free Celiac Search than on a standard google, Yahoo,  or other search engine.

There are two possible ways to proceed:

Type in the name of a state. You will find articles about gluten free dining and shopping oportunities in that state.

Look the list of chain restaurants at the bottom of the search engine’s main page. Type in the name of the restaurant chain  that interests you. It may (or may not) help to type in the word "locations" or "menu". Eventually, this list will include 60-100 restaurant chains with thousands of individual location. Forgive me for not doing the entire project at mone time. The finished product will be complicated but useful. Because you will be using the internet itself rather than information harvested from the net, you will have the most up-to-date information available.
