The Gluten Free Diet…How Do We Reward Ourselves?

Comments Off 12 January 2009

One of the frustrations of the gluten free diet is that it is 24/7 and 365 days per year. A person on a low calorie diet can splurge occasionally or even suspend the diet on a holiday or birthday. A celiac who attempted to do the same thing might wind up in the hospital. A diabetic can enjoy sugary foods occasionally and there even times when he or she is required to do so.

What can we do to reward ourselves? I request your input on this subject. I need your thoughts for my own use and also because I know that they should be published on this blog. Please leave a comment at the bottom of this or any article or e-mail me at gfceliac@gmail.com.
