Two restaurants in Casper have posted their gluten free menus on the website published  by the Central Wyoming Celiac Association. Be sure to  visit Bosco’s Restaurant, 847 East A Street, Casper, and/or La Cochina Mexican Restaurant, located  1040 North Center in Casper.

Gluten free food is the focus at Graham’s Gluten Free Market at 414 East Main in Riverton. Gluten free baking is done every Sunday and a celiac-friendly soup and salad bar is available daily.
