I recently watched a mouth-watering video about gluten free restaurants in the Chicago area. WLS-TV published it on their website and included an article with restaurant names and addresses. You will need to scroll down the page to find this information.  I have included this information in my article "Gluten Free Illinois".

I was also pleased to discover a new source of information about gluten free living. Many television stations have websites. I plan to check out these goldmines regularly.
