I have a new favorite gluten free mix — the Homestyle Pie Crust Mix produced by "Cause You’re Special". My wife was enthusiastic about it even before beginning the actual baking process: the mix is very easy to mix and roll out. After tasting the finished pie, my wife said that she would gladly serve this pie even in situations where it was unnecessary to accomodate my celiac disease diet. Three days after baking the pie, we were still impressed with the quality of the last pieces.

This pie crust is gluten free and casein free. The package makes two pie crusts. All that needs to be added is one large egg, apple cider vinegar, and shortening. As you can guess from my comments in the first paragraph, I highly recommend this product to anyone thriving on the gluten free lifestyle.
