This week I added information to three of my "key pages":

Earth Fare Markets, serving Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, provides "thousands of gluten free items" is now listed on the Gluten Free Foods Available from Supermarkets page.

The California page now features a celiac-friendly natural foods market in Santa Monica.

The gluten free bread page now lists an article about baking bread using a bread machine. This is "must reading" for people who are used to baking by totally by hand. The techniques are very different.

My plan is to publish an update article. New ideas and information is being added daily.
