Chaing Mai Thai in Minneapolis’ Calhoun Square has a gluten-free menu.
Mad Jack’s in Vadnais Heights has by FAR the best gluten free menu we have seen, and they have done the best job at making sure meals are TRULY gluten free. We talked to the manager at length about what they have done for research and training. It is the only place that we feel truly secure knowing that my husband would not get sick from cross contamination. I highly recommend them!! Their website is http://www.madjacksportscafe.com/index.php , and I think it is just the Vadnais Heights one that does gluten free.
