Chang’s China Bistro, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Shane’s Rib Shack, and Zoe’s Kitchen.
The Casamento restaurant in New Orleans states on its menu page that “our fried seafood is gluten free”. I’m sure there must be more restaurants in Louisiana that will allow visitors and residents to eat gluten free while experiencing the unique cuisine and culture of Louisiana.
