I am surprised that you do not include Magiannos (sp?) for Chicago. Everytime I am there, I go. They make all kinds of gluten-free pasta and a chef will come and sit down with you to find out your specific needs and discuss what else is on the menu you can eat besides the gluten-free pasta.
