Gluten Free Granola from Bakery on Main…a Product Review

Posted on 6:55 am by Gluten Free Guy

Gluten free granola from Bakery on Main provided me with a delicious and filling breakfast, a great topping for my ice cream, and a great mix-in for my yogurt. For snacking, I would have preferred something with fewer tiny kernels; it tasted great directly from the bag but things got a bit messy.

I tried the cranberry-orange-cashew version of the granola. It is also available as orange-cashew, apple-raisin, and extreme-fruit-and-nut granola. The product is gluten free, of course, and is also free of milk, eggs, soy, trans fats, cholesterol, and GMO ingredients. The bag reseals easily and securely. This is really important in a product like granola.

Everyone living with the celiac disease diet  should  try this granola. It is one of the foods that makes the difference between being on a rather restrictive diet and being in a very healthy and delicious life style.
