The Chipotle Mexican Grill makes gluten free dining as easy as it is delicious. As they explain it, Chipotle serves “three things (burritos, tacos, and burrito bowls) in thousands of ways”. All you need to remember is the burritos are off-limits because they are made with flour tortillas, you need to specify corn tortillas when you are ordering tacos, and that you are free to enjoy the burrito bowls. You may request your that your burrito bowl be made with lettuce rather than rice in which case it becomes a burrito salad.
