Here’s a gluten free blogger’s summary of her recent trip to Las Vegas. She includes several dining recommendations. Sorry, that is about it as far as independently-owned gluten free restaurants is concerned. I’ve heard it said that “what happens in Nevada stays in Nevada” but I never realized that this applies to gluten free restaurant recommendations. Help me out here!!!! If you have suggestion, leave a comment at the end of this article (or any article) or send me an e-mail at gfceliac@gmail.com.
I received an e-mail recommending The Fourth Street Bistro in Reno. I e-mailed the restaurant on 8/17/09 for confirmation.
