As far as I can determine, Delaware has only one independently-owned gluten free restaurant, and that choice is a “maybe”. Pizza by Elizabeths in Greenville states that “We even offer gluten free pizza crusts!!! Available in mini only”.  Keep in mind that this restaurant promises nothing other than gluten free pizza crusts. Be sure that other factors (including the pizza toppings) are appropriate.

  Your opportunities to dine gluten free at a chain restaurant are much better.   Gluten free foods are available at Trader Joe’s in Wilmington. Natural Foods, a food cooperative in Newark, also stocks gluten free products.
