These wraps allow you to prepare burritos, wraps, enchiladas, and other items that would be impossible with a regular-sized gluten free tortilla.

The directions on the bag specify that these wraps are better warmed in a skillet or microwave. (I had much more success when I used the microwave). Warming is not a suggestion! I was very disappointed when I tried to use one just as it came from the bag.

  The tortilla has very little taste of its own. This is good news if you want to focus on the contents of the wrap. It might be a problem if you are focusing on the tortilla wrap itself. You will probably need a double tortilla in cases where the wrap is very “fully packed”.

  People on the celiac disease diet crave variety, and wraps of this sort certainly help us achieve that variety. I am looking forward to doing more experimenting with these wraps.
