You have a restaurant listing for China de Cuba, but the restaurant is really called Asia de Cuba.

    Hi,
We live in the Upper East Side and we finally found a gluten free restaurant that just opened few months ago. it was a great experience and almost all the menu is gluten free. We red a lot of reviews about this place and the big newspapers and food critics, like Jonh Mariani suggested it. I was just thinking that you should probably update your Dining Map with this jewel. Thank you

Pappardella, one of the cities most well known Italian restaurant, established in 1983, has legions of loyal fans on the UWS. We have been building our gluten free program for the last year and in the pursuit of better serving our guests I stumbled across this site and was very impressed. We have a full range of pizzas available with gluten free crust and we also substitute gluten free penne pasta for any of our pasta dishes. 90% of our menu items can be prepared gluten free upon request. Please email us for further information or check out our website http://www.pappardella.com

    Kind Regards,

    Sid
