I loved these rice sticks and can hardly wait to try them in salads and stir fries. Unlike most rice pasta, it has a subtle taste although I have no idea how to describe. I’m totally please with the way they cooked up with absolutely no “clumping”. I’ll tell you more about this discovery when I have had more opportunity to experiment with it.
