CANTON:
Gluten-free groceries are available at:
Raisin Rack Natural Food Market
4629 Cleveland Ave NW
Canton OH
330 966-1515

Good selection. Doesn't carry gluten-free oats/oat flour.
There is a Raisin Rack store also in Columbus OH but I believe the stores are managed independently.

-----------
CANTON:
The Wal-Mart stores with grocery sections carry Deboles gluten-free pasta.

In Akron and wherever there are EAT N PARK restaurants --- they have, on their regular menu, an entire section devoted to Gluten Free Menu items. There's a nice selection. On top of that, the manager came over during the meal to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction and need.

Our family recently went to Put-in-Bay on Bass Island, OH. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and my daughter is gluten and milk intolerant. The Crescent Tavern in Put-in-Bay made us a very special dinner that was gluten free --and delicious! We had asked in advance about their menus, explained our circumstances, and they offered to do it. It *made* our vacation!
