Wendy’s publishes a list of “items without gluten” that includes salads, baked potatoes, and meat patties served without a bun. Wendy’s avoids the term "gluten free" which is probably appropriate since this is a fast food restaurant with many relatively untrained people workin in a relatively small space.

My daughter has Celiacs and we have had good success w/Wendy’s regardless of location (here in the Mid-Atlantic states at least). She sticks to the salads and chili, sometimes a Frosty for dessert.
