This Week at “Gluten Free…the Celiac Site”

 

This week I added Michigan in my state-by-state list of gluten free dining opportunities. Next week, my target is New Jersey. Eventually, I will write about all fifty states and then start over to keep the information up-to-date. This project is no easy task.

  I also added two cookbooks to my “Successful Celiac’s Guide to Books About Gluten Free Living”. These books are filled with recipes for cooking food that is both gluten free and casein free. All the books featured in this guide are readily available, but I have included widgets which show you what the books look like and enable you to order them from Amazon.com.

  I also added two new lists two my “Successful Celiac’s Guide to Gluten Free Products Lists”. Shopping with a list in-hand makes thing so much simpler.

  Next week, I plan to add material to my “Successful Celiac’s Guide to Managing Cross Contamination”.
