Paesano’s in Ann Arbor on Washtenaw road has a gluten free menu and will make most dishes gluten free. I have eaten there many times – always wonderful!

Silver Beach Pizza in St. Joseph offers two different gluten free pizza crusts. They also carry sandwich bread, pita, pasta, and gluten free beer! All very good. Worth Checking out.

Just one thought though. Perhaps you have made composing this blog as your profession or do you do this as part of your extra time? Just wondering..NOTE: I am retired so there is a thin line between my profession and what I do for enjoyment. I work on the site about 2-3 hours per day. I hope I’m acting like a professional during that time. Currently, the site provides about 1/3 of my income.

I have totally Gluten free restraunt on the East side of town. The only draw back is it is a small place that handles carry out much better then dining in, they even have frozen food available for purchase. It reminds me of a subway or pizza joint set up but they do have a few booths for dine in.
