Red Brick BBQ in Silt, Colorado.
So, we were staying in Glenwood Springs and came across this restaurant (it's located in Silt, CO but it only took us 10 minutes to get there). My 11 year old son was diagnosed with Celiac disease about a year ago and we are sick and tired of restaurants saying that they have gluten free options and then to find out they can offer us a salad or fish. An 11 year old boy doesn't want that and I can honestly say that this restaurant offered everything we wanted!! The food was fantastic! Almost everything on the menu was gluten free. The ribs, brisket and sausage were amazing. They even offer gluten free bread. And for dessert we ordered a gluten free brownie that my 7 year old nephew ate and he doesn't even have to be gluten free! Now that says something! (The brownie isn't on the menu, you will have to ask for it. But it's worth it, nice and warm from the oven!) I also have to say that you won't have to worry about contamination there either. The couple that own the restaurant were telling me about their personal experience with Gluten free living. My son was in heaven with the food. Now on a non-gluten free comment. You know those shows on TV where people go to these small towns and find an off the map restaurant that is the best ever? This is one of those places. Fantastic food! All of us actually felt sad that this little restaurant is not closer to home. I LOVE THIS PLACE and will forever recommend it.

A gluten free only bakery located in denver, colorado. Their food tastes just like glutenous foods, but without the gluten. The brownies and biscotti's taste even better than their gluten counterparts.
James Nichol Jr. the executive chef for Old World Baking has spent hundreds of hours experimenting with ancient grains to formulate a taste unlike any gluten free foods on the market.
I would suggest ordering directly from the website and try all their other items. Everyone is great tasting

I just discovered Moe's Original Bar B Que, tonight. And the guy running the new location at 2589 S Lewis Wy, Lakewood, CO 80227, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He checked the labels on everything, and he is going to try to order a gluten free corn bread for the future, after talking to us. The sauce is great and wheat free. He made us banana puddings without nilla waffers just so we could enjoy them, too. Pretty much all of their non-sandwich fare was gluten free except the corn bread, so several choices. He's about to add brisket to his menus. The ribs were awesome. And I can't emphasize enough how helpful and nice he was about the whole gluten thing. Much more than almost any other place we try to eat, even if they do have some gluten free offerings. Really an awesome guy running the place. The place is basically at Kipling and Morrison road.

Eco-Burger is located in Cherry Creek North(2817 E. 3rd Ave, Unit E. Denver, Co 80206) (303) 316-9100.

Eco-Burger offers Udi's gluten free buns. Their 100% grass fed beef burgers are great. Also, their delicious vegetarian Black Bean Burger is made with gluten free ingredients. Their Tuna Burger is made with gluten free ingredients as well.

The Mouse Pad is a gluten free coffee house in Johnstown. They have their own dedicated gluten free & peanut free kitchen. They also have many items that are dairy free, egg free, corn free, sugar free, and/or soy free.

In Pagosa Springs, you will find The Floured Apron Bakery. "Mama Dawn" runs the place and has a daughter with Celiac. She packs a mighty bit of love into every bite, and don't we know it! We visited the town recently for spring break with our 7-year-old daughter with Celiac. We never expected to find gluten free goodies in this little mountain town, but we did! And we LOVED it! "Mama Dawn" makes some killer pastries and morning munchies. But the fact that she can make most of them gluten free on request was just way beyond our wildest hopes! This little bakery had great atmosphere and even better proprietors! We'd go out of our way to eat there any day, if only we weren't across the entire country. This little spot could easily be the only incentive we need to revisit Pagosa Springs some day! We had blueberry pancakes, more cookies than we could shake a stick at, and sticky buns that just make you sigh. Trying to pass along the good word as a way to thank her for making our trip SO much easier. There's a coffee shop called Higher Grounds there, also, with GF options. But Mama Dawn sure made all the difference for our little one and deserves our heartfelt thanks. NOTE: I will check out these establishments and transfer the information to the appropriate post as soon as I have verified the gluten free status of these establishments.

We are now offering a 10" gluten-free pizza crust brought in from a local Denver vendor. This ensures no cross contamination occurs and it's tasty! (970) 669-9000 for pick-up or delivery in Loveland, CO or visit our website at www.artepizzeria.com. NOTE: A gluten free crust does not guarantee that a pizza is totally gluten free and/or free of cross-contamination. The comment seems to have been written by an owner or emplyee of the restaurant. I suggest that you ask a lot of questions before having a pizza at this restaurant.
