Gluten Free Alfredo Sauce…a Product Review

I enjoyed the gluten free Alfredo Sauce produced by Full Flavor (that is both the company name and a good description of the product) and served with celiac-friendly pasta. The sauce is easy to prepare — just add water, heat, and mix), gluten free, egg free, nut free, and soy free. There are no transfats, MSG, or cholesteral . It is available from The Gluten Free Mall. The product is manufactured in a gluten free facility.

Finding the right sauce is an important step in preparing gluten free pasta delicacies. In addition to its gluten free Alfredo Sauce, Full Flavor also produces Cheese Sauce, and Vegetarian Mushroom Sauce, as well as Beef Soup sock, Chicken Soup stock, and Cream Soup. I am looking forward to trying them all. I would certainly recommend them to anyone following the celiac disease diet.
