Since I had to spend an entire day in the Federal Way area last week, I decided to try Woody's on the Water since their online gluten-free lunch menu seemed extensive. Unfortunately, the menu we were offered after being seated for lunch had almost nothing in common with the online menu: it consisted primarily of pasta, fish-and-chips, burgers and sandwiches. The Main Sail Specialties were not present on the menu and not available. The Starters were only available in the bar and were normally served with baguettes: 'gluten-free' consisted of leaving off the baguettes. A couple of the salads were the same as the online menu but some were served with crustini.
The server did not seem to have the least clue that there was such a thing as a Woody's gluten-free menu. We left and ate at Matador instead which worked out fine for me.
