I recently enjoyed dinner at The Claim Jumper Restaurant. The gluten free menu posted on-line gave me the choice of two entrees and a number of salads. I’m glad that the menu told me that mashed potatoes were off-limits and recommended asparagus. It was delicious as was the entire meal. Service was great!. The restaurant was classy but casual — the name “Claim Jumper” was appropriate. My wife and I ate at the Claim Jumper in Bridgeport Village south of Portland, Oregon.
