This week I launched The Seven Habits of Highly Successful Celiacs, my attempt to organize everything I know about celiac disease and the gluten free lifestyle in a seven- session study course. If you’re interested, you can sign up at any time. Just use the widget at the top of the middle column.
I also published an article called Massachusetts Gluten Free. There was so much information available that I needed to publish it in two parts. Hopefully I will get to the second part this afternoon.
I’m also striving to get myself back on schedule. Here’s the plan as-of today. Obviously it is subject to change.
Sunday — Paul’s Perspective. I’ve tried to avoid expressing personal opinions in this blog. During the week, I’ll “stick to the facts”.
Monday — Restaurants. Each Monday I will talk about a restaurant that I have recently visited. I’ll focus on restaurant groups that may be available in your area.
Tuesday — Cooking. Each week I’ll publish a coking demonstrate that originated on You Tube or write about a cookbook or recipe collection.
Wednesday — Shopping. On Wednesdays, I will highlight a supermarket chain or discuss a resource for on-line shopping.
Thursday — Gluten Free Products. The number and variety of different gluten free products increases daily. Celiacs are faced with “too many choices”. I’ll try to sort these out for you.
Friday — Gluten Free State-by-State. Each week I’ll feature a different state, discussing the gluten free dining and shopping opportunities that are available.
Saturday — Weekly Wrap Up. On Saturday, I’ll try to review and summarize what I have done during the week.
