Gluten Free Baking and How to do it

This week’s video cooking demonstration involves preparing a very versatile batter that can be used for everything from French bread to waffles to hot dog buns to cinnamon rolls. What makes this program unique is that demonstrator shows us exactly how to use this batter in dozens of different ways. The batter is gluten free. casein free, and generally free of allergens. The two parts of the video take a total of about fourteen minutes to watch.
